The Adidas Core Stability Gym Ball is designed to help you tone and strengthen your core muscle groups and at the same time improve your overall stability and flexibility. Maintaining your balance throughout the range of motions is important and will ensure you achieve the best results.
The Adidas gym ball is perfect for sit-ups, back exercises, stretching, balance and resistance work. It's a great alternative to stressful crunches and strenuous sit-ups.

SIZING ADVICE:
Your physiotherapist may recommend a different size ball depending on the nature of you rehabilitaion / training but, as a guide the following sizes are generally considered appropriate for the majority of exercises.
• Height <150cm = (junior) 45cm ball.
• Height 150-165cm = (small) 55cm ball.
• Height 162-183cm = (medium) 65cm ball.
• Height 180-200cm = (large) 75cm ball.
• Height 198cm+ = (x-large) 90cm ball.
