- UK DELIVERY CHARGES
- The standard delivery charge for any number of items, to be delivered within the UK (mainland) is £2.90. If you spend over £65 you're eligible for free delivery. There are optional shipping upgrade options available to get your rugby kit even quicker, if you need them!

- 48 hour Delivery (not guaranteed) - £4.95

All parcels will require a signature upon delivery.
- FREE DELIVERY
- You will be eligible for free delivery if your order totals over £65. This is only valid for delivery to UK mainland addresses. This is automatically offered to you if your order goods total over £65.00.
- INTERNATIONAL (NON UK) DELIVERY
- We offer low flat rates for international delivery. These are our standard international delivery charges, depending on location and weight of the package, you may be given more options. If you would like to place an order from any country not listed above, please contact us.

- HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
- We dispatch parcels either by Parcel Force or Royal Mail "Recorded Delivery" service, to the delivery address you have specified. In either case a signature will be required to take possession of the package.
- DELIVERY PROBLEMS
- If you have placed an order and believe your package should have arrived with you by now, please log into your account and click the link to track your parcel, you can also do this through the confirmation email that we sent you when your order was dispatched. If you are not at home when an attempt is made to deliver your parcel a card will be put through your door with instructions on how to collect it from either your local sorting office or the Parcel Force depot. Your parcel will only be held for 5 working days, it will then be returned to us. A further delivery charge will be applied for us to re-send the package out to you.
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY
- We offer a variety of Next Day services for our UK customers. Please note these services are for next WORKING day and do not include weekends, bank holidays or other periods such as postal strikes. For instance an order placed on Friday night will be delivered on Tuesday (the order will be processed on Monday, with next day service).
